The Russian Children's Center "Okean" is located on the picturesque coast of the Sea of Japan in Vladivostok, in the Russian Far East.
Founded in 1983, Okean is one of Russia's largest federal children's centers. It serves as a year-round educational and recreational campus, welcoming talented and motivated school students from across Russia and abroad. The center features modern educational facilities, sports complexes, creative studios, laboratories, and residential campuses, offering a wide range of programs in science, technology, leadership, arts, sports, ecology, and international cooperation.
Every year, more than 20,000 children participate in Okean's educational programs, developing their talents, expanding their horizons, and building friendships through project-based learning, cultural exchange, and teamwork in a unique environment overlooking the Pacific coast.
